Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact; please note that custom-mixed paints and special-order machinery are non-returnable.
Prepare Documentation
Locate your original sales receipt or digital order confirmation to facilitate a fast and accurate processing of your return or store credit.
Submit Your Return
Bring your items to our customer service desk at our physical location, or contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for shipped orders.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
