We offer specialized flatbed and boom truck delivery for bulk items like lumber, drywall, and masonry. Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our nearest distribution center and the total weight of the order.

Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?

Yes, we offer a free 'Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store' service. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification email. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation to the designated pro-desk.

What is your return policy for overstocked materials?

Unused, resaleable items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Please note that custom-cut lumber, special-order items, and tinted paint are non-returnable.

Do you offer bulk discounts for professional contractors?

Absolutely. We provide tiered pricing and volume discounts for large-scale projects. Registered contractors can also apply for a GTS Pro Account to access exclusive trade pricing and credit lines.

How can I track the status of my delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. For heavy equipment or bulk loads, our dispatch team will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival to coordinate the drop-off location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and GTS Builders Supply gift cards. Professional accounts can also pay via pre-approved purchase orders (PO).
